1 Age group of patients in between 20-40 yrs.
2 Patients from 5th day of delivery till 1 year of delivery.
3 Having been willing to exclusively breastfeed their infants.
4 Patients with a previous history of Hypogalactia.
5 Having not enough secretion of breast milk without any abnormalities of nipple - pain,
engorgement, mastitis, cracks.
6 Breastfeeding frequency less than 2-3 times/day.
7 Having consented to follow up visit.
8 Patients either of Primigravida or Multigravida will be selected.
9 Having been consented to check the serum prolactin levels before and after the treatment
1 Patients with congenital anomalies, breast atrophy, cancers, mastitis, shock, previous
menstrual disorders will be excluded from the study.
2 Patient having h/o alcoholism and systemic diseases
3 Mother who had chronic illness such as diabetes, hypertension and any allergies.
4 Mothers with any breast problem such as inverted nipples, engorgement, cracks.
5 Post-partum hypopituitarism.

Name Time Method To assess the effect of Padmaka(Prunus cerasoides D.Don) on milk quantity.The outcome of the research proposal will be taken on the basis of obtained results collected by <br/ ><br>the subjective and objective parameters (in comparison between pre-treatment and post <br/ ><br>treatment). It will be evaluated by the laboratory investigation and scoring <br/ ><br>assessments. The conclusion will be drawn on the basis of findings found at the end of the study.Timepoint: Assessment will be done periodically on every 7th day for total duration of three months
