Patients aged 18- 65 years who have undergone de-compressive craniectomy for acute subdural hemor-rhage, contusion& admitted in neurosurgery ICU
Exclusion Criteria
Local site infections
Hemodynamic instability ( SBP <90mm hg, spo2 <95%)
