�?Patients undergoing elective, isolated multiple graft ( > 2 grafts) on-pump coronary artery bypass grafting surgery.
�?Patients in the age group of 30-65 years of either gender
•Patients declining to give consent.
•Patients having pre-operative abnormal ( < 50%) EF.
•Patients not having sinus rhythm at the time of performing TEE/TTE.
•Patients on Pacemaker.
•Patients with recent ( <28 days) acute coronary syndrome.
•Patients with more than mild valvular regurgitation and/or stenosis.
•Patients for emergency or re-do CABG.
•Patients having contraindications to insertion of TEE transducer.
•Patients having low cardiac output syndrome/mechanical cardiac support/prolonged ( >24 hours) mechanical ventilation/suspected or confirmed graft occlusion or kink/re exploration/respiratory or liver or kidney dysfunction/significant arrhythmia/sepsis/shock/cardiac arrest in the postoperative period.
•Patients having poor TTE window at the time of hospital discharge.
•Patients requiring inotropic/vasopressor support or mechanical cardiac support prior to induction of anaesthesia.
