Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients who are admitted to the ICU and diagnosed to have MODS
2. Patients above 18years
3. Patients with at least 24 hours of ICU stay
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with known previous cardiac abnormalities like Ischemic heart disease, Congenital heart disease, Cardiomyopathy, Rheumatic heart disease.
2. Patients with poor echocardiographic window
