Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Speckle tracking echocardiography is more sensitive than conventional echocardiography in assessing the systolic function of heart & GLS helps in earlier detection of systolic dysfunction of heart compared to Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF).Timepoint: 10minutes
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
<br/ ><br>Whether there is reduction in LVGLS in TMT positive patients when compared to TMT negative patients with chest pain.Timepoint: 10minutes
