Inclusion Criteria
Patients with CKD stages 3, 4, &5 and who are undergoing echocardiography.
Patients with age 18-85 years
Patients with normal ejection fraction (EF >55%)
Exclusion Criteria
CKD patients with coronary artery disease, congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease.
CKD patients with pericardial disease leading to significant pericardial effusion causing tamponade.
Poor window in echocardiography
Pregnant patients
