1. Confirmed cases of scabies (ICD-10 code B86): Clinical findings typical of scabies (burrows, erythematous papules, itching at night time, mite tunnels, macular or papular rashes with severe itching as main symptoms in web spaces, groin, other body parts, mite burrow in the webbed spaces of finger, flexor surface of wrist, elbows, axillae, belt line, feet, scrotum (male child), areolae (female child), nodular scabies, etc.)
2. Dermatoscopic detection of mite, eggs, and soils
3. Children between 5 and 18 years of age
4. Participants and/or guardians providing with written informed assent and/or consent voluntarily
5. Illiterate people will be interviewed by the investigators maintaining adequate privacy to fill up the scales or questionnaires
1. Severely immune compromised and with fatal systemic symptoms.
2. Participant with history of hypersensitivity reaction on any topical application.
3. Participant with other chronic disorders like juvenile diabetes, nephrotic syndrome, tuberculosis etc.
4. Scabies associated with any other disease.
5. Secondary bacterial infection of scabies.
6. Norwegian scabies.
7. Skin conditions that could make it difficult to evaluate the extent of an infestation or would present a problem in the evaluation of response to therapy (e.g., atopic dermatitis, eczema, contact dermatitis, lichen planus, papular urticaria, seborrheic dermatitis)
8. Substance abuse and/or dependence.
9. Already undergoing homoeopathic treatment for scabies or any other chronic diseases within last 2 months.
10. Simultaneous participation in any other clinical trials
