1.Conform to the Chinese and western medicine diagnosis standard of PD
2.Age of 18 to 35 years old childless women;
3.basic rules of menstrual cycle for 3 months in a row, for (28 + 7) d
4.a course of 3 months or more
5.Nearly three menstrual cycles VAS score of 4 or more points average
1. patients with acupuncture contraindications;
2. with heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system in patients with severe disease;
3. patients with mental or psychological disease
4. has a history of uterine cavity operation;
5. for nearly three months for pregnant patients of intention;
6. Take several medicines to treat dysmenorrhea of nearly 1 month or patients with acupuncture and other treatments
