Inclusion Criteria

1. Subjects in age group of 6-9 years.

2. Patient at their first dental visit.

3. No history of previous hospitalization or previous dental treatment.

4. Patient having caries cavity lesion in one of the primary molar and needed restoration.

5. Patients with prior parental consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Medically compromised patient.

2. Patients with previous dental history.

3. Patient with previous history of hospitalization

4. Psychological impairment.

5. Patient undergoing medical treatment that might affect heart rate (HR), and those

with heartbeat disorders were excluded from the trial

6. Teeth which needed invasive procedure.

Primary Outcome Measures

To evaluate and compare the three different behavior management techniques in reducing dental anxiety during dental restorative procedure.Timepoint: At 1stvisit: Before intervention - Once the child enters the department, anxiety level will be checked by measuring Heart Rate, Oxygen saturation and RMS Pictorial Scale. After intervention - The respective child will be directed to a separate room to receive a particular intervention.All the parameters will be noted during Oral Prophylaxis procedure once again. At 2nd visit: The child�s response will be noted before and during treatment procedure.All the parameters will be noted.
