Inclusion Criteria
Healthy children (ASA 1)
Children age between 6 -9 years
Frankl behavioral rating scale 3, 4 after dental procedure with non distraction
Patients who require the treatment under local anesthesia and rubber dam application in posterior region at least 3 quadrants
Voluntary under the consent of parents or caregivers
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with physical or medical disability e.g. blindness, deafness, autistic
Lacking cooperative behavior during dental procedure
Latex allergy
