- •Patients, age 18 years or over
- •Diagnosed of circulatory shock
- •Admitted to medical ICU between September 2018 to November 2019
- •Already had an intra-arterial line insertion
排除标准
- •Patients who had no arterial line insertion
- •Known peripheral vascular disease
- •Discrepancy of inter-arm systolic blood pressure difference more than 20 mmHg
- •Extreme arm sized that cause unable to find an appropriate blood pressure cuff
- •Disagree to sign the inform consent for study participation
