- •-The patients undergoing kidney and ureter surgery who will be in lateral decubitus position.
- •-Age between 20-70 years old
- •-The patients who are fully-conscious and can communicate well in Thai language.
排除标准
- •-The patients who have chronic back and shoulder pain.
- •-The patients who have ulcer or wound at the head neck shoulder area.
- •-The patients who refuse toparticipate into the study.
