•1. Married women,
•2. detection of cervical erosion by per speculum examination associated with any of the following symptoms- abnormal vaginal discharge,
•3. low backache,
•4. pelvic pain,
•5. inter-menstrual bleeding,
•6.post coital bleeding,
•7.dyspareunia.

•Positive history of venereal diseases (HIV, HPV, Syphilis, genital herpes etc.), cervical polyps,
•pregnant women, patient having organic pathology of uterus & adenexa like cervical carcinoma or any malignant growth, patients not giving consent to participation in the study, patients who cannot attend follow up regularly.
