Inclusion Criteria
Pregnant mother in whom baseline FHR can be assessed
Willing and able to perform the techniques in the protocol.
Pregnant women above 18 yrs old.
Exclusion Criteria
Those who cannot and are not willing to perform yoga practice
Those in whom FHR cannot be assessed.
Those who have any medical or surgical OG complications.
Elderly pregnant women and high risk pregnancy.
Those who are already regular practitioners of yoga
