Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Pregnant mother in whom baseline FHR can be assessed
- •Willing and able to perform the techniques in the protocol.
- •Pregnant women above 18 yrs old.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Those who cannot and are not willing to perform yoga practice
- •Those in whom FHR cannot be assessed.
- •Those who have any medical or surgical OG complications.
- •Elderly pregnant women and high risk pregnancy.
- •Those who are already regular practitioners of yoga
