Inclusion Criteria
1. Subjects of both the sexes between the age group of 18 to 65 years.
2. Subjects with Primary Insomnia(which is not attributable to medical, psychiatric and any environmental cause).
Exclusion Criteria
1. Subjects with known psychiatric illness, Mental and Cardiac diseases.
2. Subjects with COPD, Migraine, cluster Headache,Parkinson, Chorea,Epilepsy, Dementia.
3. Subjects with skin disorders viz. Eczema,Scabies, and Psoriasis.
4. Subjects with any sedatives or anti-histaminics and glucocorticoids
5.Pregnant and Lactating females
6. Subjects who are not willing to take part in the study.
