入选标准
- •Individuals aged 20 years and above who undergo postero-lateral thoracotomy at Songklanagarind hospital were eligible for participation.
排除标准
- •If they had one of the following conditions, they were excluded from the study
- •-unable or unwilling to comply with treatment.
- •-had tumor invasion into the chest wall or brachial plexus.
- •-presented with a PPC prior to randomization
- •-remain ventilated for longer than 48 hours following surgery
- •-repeated thoracic surgery
- •-underwent pneumonectomy
- •-thoracic deformity such as kyphosis and scoliosis
- •-shoulder joint stiffness
- •-brachial plexus injury
- •-pacemaker
- •-unstable vital sign more than 48 hours after surgery including HR >120 bpm, RR >30 bpm, SpO2 < 95%, BP < 90/>140 mmHg
- •-could not sit in upright position
