Inclusion Criteria
patients american society of anesthesiologists .physical status (ASA -PS) I,II,III who can give written and informed consent,
Age 18-65 years, either Gender,
Patients undergoing elective head and neck cancer surgery
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who will not give consent for research ,uncontrolled systemic disease ,conduction abnormality and patient with implantable defibrillator and pacemaker ,who are allergic to study drugs ,h/o convulsion ,psychiatric disorders,renal,hepatic ,cardiac insufficiency ,who will be un-reversed and on mechanical ventilation support post operatively

Name Time Method To compare haemodynamic stability in both the groups, <br/ ><br>To assess and compare post- operative sedation in these two groups of <br/ ><br>patients. <br/ ><br>,To assess the total consumption of drugs, To assess the side effects of drugs.Timepoint: intra operative and post operative 0,1,2,4,6,12,24 hours
