patients american society of anesthesiologists .physical status (ASA -PS) I,II,III who can give written and informed consent,
Age 18-65 years, either Gender,
Patients undergoing elective head and neck cancer surgery
Patients who will not give consent for research ,uncontrolled systemic disease ,conduction abnormality and patient with implantable defibrillator and pacemaker ,who are allergic to study drugs ,h/o convulsion ,psychiatric disorders,renal,hepatic ,cardiac insufficiency ,who will be un-reversed and on mechanical ventilation support post operatively

Name Time Method To compare the post- operative analgesia in opioid free and <br/ ><br>opioid containing group of patients undergoing elective head and neck cancer <br/ ><br>surgeryTimepoint: immediate post-operative period to 1 hr,2,4,8,12,24 hours post-operative period
