Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Subject those who are willing to participate
- •2\.Female having age of 35 years and above
- •3\.Subjects who diagnosed with stress /mixed UI
- •4\.Good cognition (Using Mini\-COG)
- •5\.Forward reach test distance above 7 inches
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient with congenital urinary abnormalities
- •2\.Patient who can not able to perform the exercises.
- •3\.Acute UTI , chronic constipation , Urogenital infection
- •4\.Pregnancy and post\-partum upto 8 weeks
- •5\.Neurological impairments leading to incontinence
- •6\.Medication leads to incontinence
- •7\.Musculoskeletal impairments causing difficulty in standing on whole body vibration platform .
