Inclusion Criteria

The pediatric patients with finger tip injuries of hand with nail bed involvement
Ages between 1 to 5 years old
Informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

Comorbidities like cardiopulmonary diseases, thalassemia, chronic kidney disease, etc.
Open fractures
Infected and dirty wounds
Allergy to ketamine or lidocaine

Primary Outcome Measures

The duration of sedation (time from the last dose of ketamine until the Pediatric Glasgow Coma Scale reaches to 14 or 15). Timepoint: Measured one time, when Pediatric Glasgow Coma Scale reaches to 14 or 15. Method of measurement: Using Pediatric Glasgow Coma Scale including Eye Opening, Best Motor Response and Best Verbal Response.;The frequency of vomiting. Timepoint: Time from the last dose of ketamine until the Pediatric Glasgow Coma Scale reaches to 14 or 15. Method of measurement: By counting.
