- •2Subjects within the age limit of 21-70 years irrespective of gender
- •3 Participants with informed consent

- •1 Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus HbA1c more than 7.5
- •2 Ulcer size more than 10 cm
- •3 Known cases of TB, HIV, Malignancy, Lepromatous ulcer, Burns
