Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Single rooted tooth diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis, and healthy periapical area. Having negative history of painkillers administrated within 7 days before procedure.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Medically compromised patients
- •Pregnant or lactating females
- •Patients with swelling and acute apical abscess, open apex,calcification,resorption
- •Patients allergic to materials used in the study
