Single rooted tooth diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis, and healthy periapical area. Having negative history of painkillers administrated within 7 days before procedure.
Medically compromised patients
Pregnant or lactating females
Patients with swelling and acute apical abscess, open apex,calcification,resorption
Patients allergic to materials used in the study
