Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects with known type 2 diabetes
- •Duration more than 1 year
- •Age \<\= 65 years of either sex
- •Treated as outdoor patients
- •Taking regular treatment
- •Known glycaemic control reports
- •Ready to give written informed consent
- •Not taking any antihypertensive medication
Exclusion Criteria
- •Age \> 65 years
- •Subjects with known cardiac disease
- •Abnormal pulse recording
- •Renal disease
- •Hepatic disease
- •Hypertension
- •Taking drugs affecting ANS
- •Indoor patient
- •Taking Insulin
- •Do not give informed consent
