1. Patients undergoing elective surgery at songklanagarind hospital under general anesthesia or regional anesthesia
2. Age between 18 †70 year-old
3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II
1. Inability to understand Thai or to provide informed consent
2. Known pregabaline or diazepam allergy
3. Regular use of pregabalin or diazepam
4. Pregnant or breast feeding
5. Known kidney(CrCl < 60 mL/min/1.73 m2)
6. psychiatric disease
7. epilepsy
8. OSA
9. Obesity(BMI> 35kg/m2)
10. History of drug abuse
11. Risk of aspiration
12. Risk of difficult airway
13. Enrollment in other study
