Inclusion Criteria
Students of both sexes; aged between 10 and 16 years; enrolled in the year 2016 in elementary and secondary education of the public network of the city of Montes Claros.
Exclusion Criteria
Students who do not bring the free and informed consent form signed by parents and / or guardians; Who are pregnant or with conditions that prevent the practice of physical activity.

Name Time Method Decreased cardiovascular risk in adolescents through a moderate to vigorous physical activity program.

Name Time Method Reduction of overweight in adolescents by at least 5%, from a moderate to vigorous physical activity program, comparing pre and post-intervention measures.;Decreased metabolic parameters (glucose, total cholesterol and fractions, triglycerides) in adolescents by at least 5%, from a moderate to vigorous physical activity program, verified after intervention through laboratory blood tests.
