Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient more than 18 years of age
- •Patient with acute pancreatitis with walled off necrosis which is approachable by EUS guided drainage
- •Those who give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Lumen apposing metal stent migrated before its removal
- •Patient with coagulopathy
- •Patient who are not fit for anesthesia
- •Chronic Pancreatitis
- •Those who do not give consent
