Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients who give informed consent for participation in the study.
  • •2\. Patients with symptomatic WON (Pain requiring daily analgesics, gastric outlet obstruction, extrahepatic biliary obstruction, infection)
  • •3\. WON having \> 20% solid debris
  • •4\. Amenable for EUS guided drainage
  • •5\. Patient affording for metal stent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients with prior radiological/endoscopic or surgical intervention.
  • •2\. Patients age \< 18 year
  • •3\. Patient underwent Billroth II surgery, gastric bypass surgery,
  • •4\. Patient with thrombocytopenia or coagulopathy (platelet \<1,00,000 or INR \>1\.5\)
  • •5\. Patient having asymptomatic WON
  • •6\. WON not amenable for EUS guided drainage
