入选标准
- •1. Patients who give informed consent for participation in the study.
- •2. Patients with symptomatic WON (Pain requiring daily analgesics, gastric outlet obstruction, extrahepatic biliary obstruction, infection)
- •3. WON having > 20% solid debris
- •4. Amenable for EUS guided drainage
- •5. Patient affording for metal stent
排除标准
- •1. Patients with prior radiological/endoscopic or surgical intervention.
- •2. Patients age < 18 year
- •3. Patient underwent Billroth II surgery, gastric bypass surgery,
- •4. Patient with thrombocytopenia or coagulopathy (platelet <1,00,000 or INR >1.5)
- •5. Patient having asymptomatic WON
- •6. WON not amenable for EUS guided drainage
