Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who give informed consent for participation in the study.
- •2\. Patients with symptomatic WON (Pain requiring daily analgesics, gastric outlet obstruction, extrahepatic biliary obstruction, infection)
- •3\. WON having \> 20% solid debris
- •4\. Amenable for EUS guided drainage
- •5\. Patient affording for metal stent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with prior radiological/endoscopic or surgical intervention.
- •2\. Patients age \< 18 year
- •3\. Patient underwent Billroth II surgery, gastric bypass surgery,
- •4\. Patient with thrombocytopenia or coagulopathy (platelet \<1,00,000 or INR \>1\.5\)
- •5\. Patient having asymptomatic WON
- •6\. WON not amenable for EUS guided drainage
