History of post-amputation limb pain of at least four months
Failure of conservative therapy (eg, physiotherapy, medication trial)
Pain score more than or equal to 5
Patient refusal to participate,
Any contraindication to dorsal root ganglion
A history of predominant back pain over leg pain, significant anatomic deformity (either congenital or acquired) making it difficult to access the foramen as evidenced by computed tomography/magnetic resonance imaging,
Severe psychiatric illness,
Allergy to local anesthetics or contrast medium
Uncontrolled Diabetics, cardiovascular, hepatic and renal disorder.
Patients with cardiac pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillator.
Pregnancy
Red flag signs including infection, tumor, fracture and neurological deficit
