Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •For PD patients:
- •1\. Male and female patients older than 18 years;
- •For healthy controls:
- •1\. Male and female patients older than 18 years;
- •2\. Adhesion to the study after signature of a written informed consent.
- •For long\-lived subjects:
- •1\. Subjects \>100 years old
- •2\. Siblings \>90 years old
Exclusion Criteria
- •For PD patients:
- •1\. Patients with parkinsonian syndromes with different etiology (cerebro\-vascular diseases, iatrogenic, infective, malformative or metabolic);
- •For healthy controls:
- •1\. Subjects affected by cardiovascular diseases (coronary heart diseases, previous coronary stenting implantations..);
- •2\. Subjects affected by psychiatric disorders;
- •3\. Subjects affected by systemic, kidney, liver, or pulmonary diseases.
