- •For PD patients:
- •1. Male and female patients older than 18 years;
- •For healthy controls:
- •1. Male and female patients older than 18 years;
- •2. Adhesion to the study after signature of a written informed consent.
- •For long-lived subjects:
- •1. Subjects >100 years old
- •2. Siblings >90 years old
排除标准
- •For PD patients:
- •1. Patients with parkinsonian syndromes with different etiology (cerebro-vascular diseases, iatrogenic, infective, malformative or metabolic);
- •For healthy controls:
- •1. Subjects affected by cardiovascular diseases (coronary heart diseases, previous coronary stenting implantations..);
- •2. Subjects affected by psychiatric disorders;
- •3. Subjects affected by systemic, kidney, liver, or pulmonary diseases.
