Women under the age of 45
Exclusion Criteria
severe male factor
uterine diseases
ovarian cyst such as endometriosis
metabolic diseases( diabetes) and any disease that has a negative effect on ovulation
chronic heart and liver and kidney disease

Name Time Method The total number of metaphase II stage oocytes. Timepoint: On the day of oocyte pickup operation. Method of measurement: Based on the evaluation of oocyte characteristics by the embryologist.
