- •Patients undergoing surgery for degenerative disc disease 2)NPRS criteria- 5 or more 3)Kinesiophobia (TAMPA scale)- score of 37 or more 4)Both male and female patients.
排除标准
- •Patient with non surgical condition.
- •Patients with previous surgical history.
- •Patients with other musculoskeletal conditions.
- •Patients with prior back surgery, and spinal infections.
- •Other metabolic diseases, pregnancy and malignancy.
