Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Confirm case of Chikungunya fever with symptoms of pCHIK\-CIR like pain in joints, swelling, stiffness, restricted movements etc
  • Patients Yogya for Virechana and Basti Karma
  • Patient willing to participate in the trial will be included

Exclusion Criteria

  • patients below 18 years and above 70 years of age patients suffering from Malignant and accelerated hypertension, coronary artery disease, uncontrolled diabetes. History of R.A., Gout, Psoriatic arthritis, rheumatic fever, autoimmune disease, SLE before Chikungunya fever, Pregnant and lactating women, Patient undergoing regular treatment for any other severe illness and also patients suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis or bone tuberculosis, carcinoma and HIV positive patients
