Patients in good health, with no previous history of allergy to any kind of local anesthesia, sulphites or other drugs that would alter pain perception.
A vital coronal pulp on access opening.
Pain moderate to severe ,with HP-VAS >114
Patients with periapical pathology
Retreatment cases
Cases with non vital pulp
Pregnancy or lactating patients
Diabetic patients
Those with allergies to local anesthetic agent or sulphites or sulphur drugs.
Those taking CNS depressants or any analgesic medication within 8 hours.
