入选标准
- •Patients in good health, with no previous history of allergy to any kind of local anesthesia, sulphites or other drugs that would alter pain perception.
- •A vital coronal pulp on access opening.
- •Pain moderate to severe ,with HP-VAS >114
排除标准
- •Patients with periapical pathology
- •Retreatment cases
- •Cases with non vital pulp
- •Pregnancy or lactating patients
- •Diabetic patients
- •Those with allergies to local anesthetic agent or sulphites or sulphur drugs.
- •Those taking CNS depressants or any analgesic medication within 8 hours.
- •Neurologic /psychiactric
