Inclusion Criteria

  • Endurance trained
  • Aged 18 to 65 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • Contraindications to exercise
  • Unable to complete 2 hours of continuous cycling

Outcomes

Primary Outcomes

Total exogenous glucose oxidation rate

Time Frame: Measured over 120 mins

Total exogenous glucose oxidation rate (g/h)

Secondary Outcomes

  • Exogenous glucose oxidation rate during moderate intensity exercise(90 minutes)
  • Exogenous glucose oxidation rate during high intensity exercise(30 minutes)
