Healthy volunteers; both genders; non smokers; previously initiated endodontic therapy

Exclusion Criteria

Smoking volunteers; history of alcohol or drug abuse; diagnoses of cardiac, renal, gastrointestinal, hepatic, pulmonary, neurological, psychiatric, hematological or metabolic pathologies, endodontic retreatment, root resorption, immature/open apex, root canal where patency of the apical foramen cannot be established
