Doctors: All general practitioners and private practice specialists (ENT, Neurology, Internal Medicine).
Patients: Age between 18 and 90. Insured with the AOK Bayern. Sudden onset of vertigo/dizziness. Written consent. Ability to participate and cooperate. Sufficient knowledge of the German language.
Doctors: Physicians that only treat privately insured patients. Doctors that are not specialized in ENT, Neurology or Internal medicine. Doctors that do not have acess to the required technological means to use the web-based platform.
Patients: Patients with chronic vertigo syndromes (more than 6 months). Pregnancy or breast feeding. No written consent.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Quality of life and participation: Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI): difference of 6-10 points with a standard deviation of 20 points.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Validity: Validation of the diagnosis in a thorough examination after 3 months in the German center of vertigo and balance disorders.<br>Falls: Questionnaire about the number of falls in the last 6 months.<br>Quality of life: EuroQuol-5D (EQ5D).<br>Patient satisfaction: ZAP Questionnaire; <br>Utilisation of health services: FIMA Questionnaire and accounting data provided by AOK Bayern.
