Inclusion Criteria
clinically diagnosed psoriasis for at least 6 months, high or low social anxiety (determined by means of the SOZAS (Soziale Angstskalen)), sufficient German language skills in order to understand and fill in the questionnaires
Exclusion Criteria
other itch-related (skin-)disease, severe psychological disorder

Name Time Method Social Anxiety; <br>Itch intensity;<br>IL-6; IL-17; Substance P<br><br>Neuroinflammatory parameters will be determined in the suction-blister-fluid, which will be gathered using the suction-blister-methods. Using this method suction-blisters will be induced on the skin by a vacuum. Socialy anxiety will be determined by means of validated questionnaires, namely the social interaction anxiety scale and the social phobia scale. Itch intensity, namely the average and maximal itch intensity during the last 24 hours, will be measured by visual analog scales (0-10).
