Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing orthopedic surgery under spinal anesthesia at Konkuk University Medical Center
Exclusion Criteria
1) any contra-indication of spinal anesthesia, 2) any contra-indication for the use of dexmedetomidine or remimazolam, 3) urgent or emergent case, 4) history of drug abuse, 5) QT prolongation on preoperative electrocardiography and 6) other concurrent surgery.
