Statistically significant decrease in Heart Rate (HR) in Group M, followed by Group D after drug infusion was noted at 3 and 5 min. Diastolic Blood Pressure(DBP) reduction was significant in Group M as compared to group D and C at 5 min interval. Remarkable increment in Heart Rate, Systolic Blood Pressure(SBP) and Diastolic Blood Pressure from baseline was found in Group C at 1, 3 and 5 minutes after ECT shock. Onset of spontaneous respiration and eye opening was significantly shorter in group M, p-value <0.001. compared to group C and group D

•Children, people in the geriatric range, women who were pregnant, obese people, and people who had known systemic illnesses or allergies were not included.
