入选标准
- •1.H. Pylori positive cases of both gender who are between 18-80 years of age and are willing to receive eradication therapy for H. pylori.
- •2.Willing to provide written informed consent
排除标准
- •1.Previous eradication therapy for H. pylori
- •2.History of gastrectomy
- •3.Gastric malignancy, including adenocarcinoma and lymphoma
- •4.Previous allergic reaction to antibiotics (amoxicillin, clarithromycin,tinidazole) and prompt pump inhibitors (esmeprazole)
- •5.Use of antibotics (amoxicillin,clarithromycin,tinidazole) in recent 4 weeks.
- •6.Contraindication to treatment drugs
- •7.Pregnant or lactating women
- •8.Severe concurrent disease or malignancy
