Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.H. Pylori positive cases of both gender who are between 18\-80 years of age and are willing to receive eradication therapy for H. pylori.
  • •2\.Willing to provide written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Previous eradication therapy for H. pylori
  • •2\.History of gastrectomy
  • •3\.Gastric malignancy, including adenocarcinoma and lymphoma
  • •4\.Previous allergic reaction to antibiotics (amoxicillin, clarithromycin,tinidazole) and prompt pump inhibitors (esmeprazole)
  • •5\.Use of antibotics (amoxicillin,clarithromycin,tinidazole) in recent 4 weeks.
  • •6\.Contraindication to treatment drugs
  • •7\.Pregnant or lactating women
  • •8\.Severe concurrent disease or malignancy
