  • •Patients with equal to or more than one exacerbation needing hospital admission
  • •Patient giving consent for study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient not giving consent for the study
  • •Patients of Lung Malignancy and COPD
  • •Patients with heart failure and COPD
  • •Patient with history of Tuberculosis
