Inclusion Criteria
1.H. Pylori positive cases of both gender who are between 18-80 years of age and are willing to receive eradication therapy for H. pylori.
2.Willing to provide written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1.Previous eradication therapy for H. pylori
2.History of gastrectomy
3.Gastric malignancy, including adenocarcinoma and lymphoma
4.Previous allergic reaction to antibiotics (amoxicillin, clarithromycin,tinidazole) and prompt pump inhibitors (esmeprazole)
5.Use of antibotics (amoxicillin,clarithromycin,tinidazole) in recent 4 weeks.
6.Contraindication to treatment drugs
7.Pregnant or lactating women
8.Severe concurrent disease or malignancy
