Patients with equal to or more than one exacerbation needing hospital admission
Patient giving consent for study
Exclusion Criteria
Patient not giving consent for the study
Patients of Lung Malignancy and COPD
Patients with heart failure and COPD
Patient with history of Tuberculosis
