入选标准
- •1. Patient diagnosed with fistula in ano that are to be operated under Spinal Anaesthesia.
- •2. New and recurred cases.
- •3. Patients willing to participate in the trial therapy.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with malignancy.
- •2. Pregnancy.
- •3. Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Tuberculosis, Chronic Liver Disease, positive patients of HIV, HBsAg and Anti HCV.
- •4. Patients allergic to Diclofenac sodium, patients of peptic ulcer and any other contraindications to Diclofenac sodium.
