Inclusion Criteria

  • •Aged \> 18 years old
  • •Signed informed consent
  • •Any cardiac surgical intervention on CPB
  • •Elective surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Medical decision
  • •2\. Unstable coronary artery disease
  • •: Recent MI (\<6wks)
  • •: Unstable angina
  • •: severe (\>70%) LM coronary artery stenosis
  • •3\. Critical preoperative : Hb \< 11 g/dL
  • •: VF, aborted sudden cardiac death, preoperative cardiac massage
  • •: Preoperative ventilation
  • •: Hemodynamic instability
  • •: Preoperative inotrope
