Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age \>56 years old
- •2\.Diagnosed knee OA and eligible for bilateral primary total knee arthroplasty
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Diagnosed secondary knee OA from inflammatory joint disease
- •2\.Hb \< 10 g/dl before surgery
- •3\.Platelet deficiency or dysfunction
- •4\.Coagulopathy
- •5\.Recent acute MI within 30 days
