Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients undergoing elective Caesarian section under spinal anesthesia, 2\. Age of 18 and over, 3\.BMI 30\-39\.9 kg/m2, 3\. ASA Physical status II\-III
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient denies undergoing spinal anesthesia, 2\. The patient has any contraindication of undergoing spinal anesthesia, 3\. Known condition of spinal pathology, such as spinal stenosis or scoliosis, 4\. Pregnancy of twins or more.
