•Primiparous and multiparous women between the age group of 18- 40 years
Singleton pregnancy with gestational age 37-42 weeks and cephalic presentation
Normal vaginal delivery with episiotomy1 or 1st 2nd or 3rd degree perineal tear
History of reconstructive surgery history of the vagina and the perineum.
History of health conditions which could negatively affect wound healing (such as diabetes mellitus, kidney diseases, or severe anemia)
Use of medications which could affect wound healing, no perineal hematoma,
Fourth degree perineal tear
