Inclusion Criteria
1-Married women b/w the age group 18-45 years.
2-Cervicitis diagnosis through p/s examination (Hypertrophy, congestion, redness and Nabothian cyst on cervix).
3-Complaints of vaginal discharge low back ache and low abdominal pain.
•Inflammatory changes in Pap smear.
Exclusion Criteria
1-Patients with Pelvic inflammatory disease, Malignancy, benign lesions.
2-Systemic diseases (Hypertension, Thyroid dysfunction ,Diabetes mellitus), Sexually transmitted infections, Intra-uterine contraceptive devices, Oral contraceptives.
3-Pregnancy and lactation.
